We’re proud to introduce Snake River Farms Gold Grade briskets, a special item, available on a limited basis, that represents the top level of marbling in our American Kobe (Wagyu) line.
Like all of our briskets, the Gold Grade brisket is carefully cut to the current NAMP guidelines and has a generous fat cap that slowly permeates the meat during the course of slow cooking. Each brisket is individually weighed and hand-sorted to assure the correct size range. Since this is a natural product, the thickness of each brisket will vary due to the unique conformation of each animal.
Product ships frozen and will arrive partially thawed or chilled.
