    I smoked the ribs for Christmas dinner and oh my were they good! They were super meaty and incredibly tender. I had bones literally fall out of the meat. Our Christmas dinner could not have been better.

  • Perfect Ribs - Beats Market Pork Everytime

    We do Kurobuta ribs about 2 times a month and always from SNF. We make and apply our own Memphis-style dry rub and smoke them with a traditional stick unit w/ pecan smoke. We never glaze or sauce these wonderful ribs. Final product was/is always delicious, moist, tender with a rich flavor. As for the size, they are a bit smaller than market ribs. I CAN eat about 1.5 slabs myself, but we normally cook about 2 slabs for every 3 people. ENJOY!

  • Official Convert to Spare Ribs

    Lucked out and got these on a sale, for free with the briskets I ordered. Almost as tender as the best baby backs I have ever had but the extra firmness was welcomed. The flavor is significantly better than baby backs - I am officially a SRF spare rib convert. Will be buying again soon!

  • Good Ribs

    Smoked for 5 hours and used rub and sauce, covered the last hour and applied honey and brown sugar in the foil, what a treat. Very good.
