    Cooked the brisket for 12 hours. It came out succulent, moist and very flavorful. Passed it out to friends and relatives who, to a person, thought it was outstanding meat. Can hardly wait to cook the gold grade waiting in the freezer.

    Smoked 2 this past weekend in KCBS competition....placed 14th out of 75 cooks.....had to be me...because the meat was the best I have ever had...hands down....will call in my next order next week....thanks
