Steak Temperature Guide

Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

Medium Rare Red, warm center 120°F
Medium Pink throughout 130°F
Medium Well Pink center 140°F
Well No pink Not recommended

    Ordered 4 and all were well cut and had excellent flavor. The reason for 4 stars is due to a hole in the packaging and leaking all over my refrigerator. Second time this has happened and should have learned after the first time.

    I gave the top sirloin as a gift they served them sliced to their guest who who all questioned them .my friend gave a big WOW
    these steaks were juicy & tender sliced to perfection.

  • 10oz Wagyu Sirloin

    I thought the steak was amazing! I did a reverse sear on the steaks and seasoned with just salt and pepper. I used my Webber Smokey Mountain to cook it at 250 and then finished it on my Webber Performer over super hot coals for just over a minute a side. I usually go for a medium-rare to rare cook. This was right on the rare side and tasted unreal. I served lobster tails and shrimp with them.

    The only downside was I felt that I slightly under seasoned the steaks, but that was my own doing.

    I have a Wagyu Ribeye Filet and a Prime Bone-in Filet yet to make. CAN'T WAIT!!!!
