Here are the magic numbers you’ll need to determine when your steak is cooked to the degree of doneness you most prefer. The internal temp is when the steak should be removed from the heat. The steak will continue to cook so the temperature will rise during the rest period.

    The flavor from these steaks are unmatched by anything else that has ever entered my mouth. Even for a strip they are tender, and just oozing with flavor.

  • Very good, but not quite excellent.

    Great steaks, but the marbling are slightly inconsistent between the 4 pieces that I received. 2 of them are great, and other 2 were slightly leaner and thinner.
