    I reverse seared this with just salt, pepper, butter, rosemary and thyme. Roast came out very flavorful with a very unique and delicious flavor than anything else I've had before.

    Roasted on Christmas Day using Kenji Lopez-Alt’s reverse sear technique. Finished a beautiful rosy rare with a crisp, delicious crust. Excellent prime rib sandwiches the next day, and then made wonderful prime rib hash. Yummy!
