    I've had Kobe Beef several times (while in Kobe). This beef was exceptional and I should think that the folks in Japan just might be a little bit jealous...

  • One of the best....

    One of the best steaks we’ve ever had. Perfectly marbled and every bite was juicy, tender, and flavorful. Wife and I shared one for our meal and it was plenty. Very glad we have a second one ready for next time we have a hankering. I doubt anyone would not thoroughly enjoy this great cut. Would buy again.

    I love the 1 1/2" cut. I sous vide my steak for about 20 hours at 130, then I seared it on a super hot grill (about 700). Little excessive on the fat but it's a small price to pay for the best piece of meat I've ever cooked and eaten! Waiting for the next sale to stock up!
