Signorello Estate is Napa Valley's ultimate boutique winery known for its intensely flavored Cabernet based wines grown exclusively on our singular hillside estate along the Silverado Trail just south of the Stag's leap district. The wines at Signorello Estate are produced by hand at very low yields to insure quality and deep, concentrated flavor characteristics of our hillsides.
Snake River Farms is Idaho's masterful producer of American style Kobe (Wagyu) Beef. Their dedication to quality mirrors that of Signorello Estate. Limited in its production, Snake River's beef is unique due to a combination of special care and feeding, along with a rare breed of cattle, Wagyu. The result is succulent beef that develops an exquisite, buttery, mouth-filling sensation. The quality is so exceptional that Snake River Farms is served by the most esteemed chefs in the finest dining rooms around the world. The beef has also been featured at prestigious events including the Governor's Ball at the Oscars and the 50th Anniversary Grammy After Party Celebration.
This outstanding pair of Kobe & Cabernet creates an explosion of flavors on your palate. Three times per year we will select only the finest grade cuts of American Kobe (Wagyu) beef to pair with Signorello Estates single estate Cabernet Sauvignon based wines and deliver them to your door so that you can create your own Kobe & Cabernet experience! These very limited and specially selected cuts typically reserved only for restaurants are being made available exclusively to our Kobe & Cabernet Club members.
